Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items will ship on or before the date specified on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or periods of high demand.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@cosimosullago.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
